Insight Tax is an independent tax preparation practice based in Morgan Hill, California, led by Jon Pham. We help individuals and households understand the work, the fee, and the next step before they commit.
We begin with a short intake and send a fixed-fee proposal for your return. After you accept, you complete a secure organizer and upload the documents we need. We confirm when your file is ready for preparation, then you review and sign before filing. If the scope changes, we discuss the additional work and fee first.
